Hey,

I'd recommend going 6 months or a year without breaking the diet. It makes it MUCH easier to get on. It's possible, though hard, but that describes a lot of things. Going back and forth is like quitting heroin by only doing it once in a while.

Just sack up, buy a loaf of ezekiel bread, almond butter, bananas (those make a great sandwich you don't need a fridge for), some fruit, some raw veggies, and cans of beans. Carry that around in your car or backpack.

After you do it for 6-12 months you have a much better idea of when it's actually "necessary" to break the diet and when it's not. You actually start disliking normal food, so you only eat it when you HAVE to.

Also, don't associate food with fun. That's a problem with our modern society. Have fun by having FUN, eat because it's rocket fuel for your body.

LASTLY - if you have these limits (once per week or whatever), you're acknowledging that it's NOT necessary (or it would be as much as necessary).

BE HARDCORE.

Hope this helps,
Tynan
